Ventilation Pipe and Fittings

We are leading distributors and manufacturers of high-quality PVC and PP-s ventilation ducting pipe and fittings.

Offering a wide range of sizes ranging all the way from 50mm to 2000mm and beyond, in both circular and rectangular formats, our products support a large variety of flow rates.

All of our high-performance pipework is expertly manufactured by our experienced engineers to meet DIN Standards required for DW154, the premier specification for PVC and PP-s ductwork in the UK. These PVC and PP-s materials are ideally suited for safely conveying aggressive media in chemically corrosive environments such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Laboratories, Chemical Processing, and Waste Water Treatment.  Ductwork can even be reinforced with GRP by our in-house team.

Our extensive technical back up is offered to assist our clients in deciding on the most suitable product to use when designing and specifying ducting systems.

We are also main distributors for BECK fittings, the leading manufacturer of PVC and PP-s ventilation fittings throughout Europe.

In addition to the standard extruded range of products we are also pleased to offer:

  • A range of BRINKMANN Impellers, back plates and complete fan units using our very own blow and injection moulding techniques. This enables the smoothest internal bore in the ventilation ductwork, ensuring minimal air turbulence.

  • Circular ducting up to 3.0 metres in diameter, using the butt-welding technique.

  • A bespoke range of rectangular ducting in materials such as PVC, Polypropylene and PP-s, fabricating products exactly to customer’s specific requirements and accepted specifications such as BESA’s DW154.

  • These secure methods of manufacturing provide our customers with peace of mind that the finished article will meet the extremely high standards of plastic ducting and fume extraction.

Proud to be working in partnership with some of the world’s most innovative plastic manufacturers
