We understand that our most important asset is our people;  their experience, skill and understanding of the business is invaluable. For this reason we prioritise investment in our team. As IEP has grown steadily over the years, we have focussed on developing the skills, expertise and experience of all of our employees. As a result of this we are fortunate to employ some of the most knowledgeable and innovative people in the industry.

In recent months, two of our employees have reached their 25 year anniversary of service with the Company which is testament to our commitment to our people. We encourage and support all of our staff to continually progress and develop to achieve their potential.

In addition to this, we are a company in growth and so we also have a focus on recruiting and training the best new minds around. We like to support the vibrancy, modern thinking and fresh ideas that come with bringing new people into a business. As a result, we are proud to employ apprentices, who represent nearly 10% of our team.
